We CNC machine electrical & thermal insulation materials including Tufnol (all grades), EM42, Epoxy Glass, Polyester Glass, Silicone Glass, SRBF & SRBP.

Numerous grades are available which perform in critical or extreme environments. Materials are available in sheets or tubes for conversion into finished parts to customer bespoke requirements.

These materials are often machined and fabricated into fixtures or enclosures by bonding or fastening. Panels, tubes, collars, washers and component products are all commonly manufactured and supplied from these types of materials.
